Qigong Intention Project - Healing Through the Biofield

Purpose:
1 - To use qigong in a more direct, specific way for your Highest Good.
2 - To be able to visualize and feel your own biofield (aura) by watching and learning.
3 - To make connections to Yang (the Heavens) and Yin (the Earth) at will.
4 - To get familiar with the 3 centers (dantians of the head, heart, belly) for healing.
5 - To be proactive in your own health care by using clear intentions, visualizations, and actions.

Note: There is no charge for participation in this project. None of the testing or information that I provide is intended to be diagnostic or therapeutic. It is NOT a substitute for laboratory testing, medical treatment, etc. but is useful and complementary. When working with the biofield we are dealing with the energy-information which underlies and precedes manifestation.
Step 1:
See me for a short session (15 min.) to measure your biofield on all 4 sides. I am able to “feel the field” and can demonstrate my perceptions using muscle response testing (kinesiology). This is simple and requires almost no effort on your part - I will very gently pull/push on your arm or hand while you or I move another hand toward or away from the body. I will note if the biofield is balanced and coherent (like harmonic music) - at least 4 to 5 feet all around*. If it is not, I will recommend a set of qigong exercises and intention statements to improve it.
Be curious and open minded. It’s useful to make the biofield more visible by going online to www.images.google.com and searching “Hara line, Brennan” (also on the last page here). I like using a simpler chart of the most typical levels of “subtle bodies” which interpenetrate each other and your body. From the most dense to the least dense, they are referred to as the physical body, then the imagination (or astral), emotional (or causal), mental, and collective unconscious (or etheric) levels moving out from the skin to the periphery. Please relax and release any confusion your mind may experience about this. We are remembering who we are beyond our mind even though there are many different names and cultural perspectives about these invisible layers, the number of chakras, the existence of the soul, cosmic consciousness, etc.

Method: Allow at least 3 weeks of regular (every other day is good) qigong practice to make a positive effect and then schedule for retesting of Step 1. If you want to do more, write to me and ask for the article on Self-Testing. You may choose to employ a healthier eating, sleeping, stress reduction, or exercise plan as well. On retesting you may choose to move to Step 2, then Step 3.

Where there is a lack of harmony and coherence between the intention and your field, you and I may feel a reactivity or disturbance in one of the 3 centers. It shows up easily with muscle response testing. Any of the statements on my website in the article Hara & Dantians Balancing can also be used as a challenge. You can change the language/terminology so that it works for you.
Step 3:
If we have had at least 2 sessions together and you wish to take it further, we can focus on a specific health condition or area of pain. You can place a hand on a key area or organ point and check the above intention statements specifically for this area.
